University Center Pedestrian Improvement Plan Work Group

Purpose:

The committee will oversee preparation of concepts and cost estimates for three open space projects located in the University Center neighborhood that will contribute to creating a lively, mixed-use downtown environment as envisioned in the 1989 UCSD Master Plan Study and the 2004 University Center/Sixth College Neighborhoods Planning Study: Town Square, Market Place Plaza and Lyman Lane.
