Judicial Board
The judicial authority for the ASUCSD shall be vested in one Associated Students Judicial Board and shall extend to all cases and controversies arising under this Constitution or any of the rules of the ASUCSD or its subordinate bodies

Members:
There are seven member of the Judicial Board who are appointed by the Cabinet and approved by the Council. Judicial Board members serve a term that expires when they cease to be undergraduate students of UCSD.
