Personal Statement

As VP of Finance, I will work to make the A.S. a better, more accessible resource for the student body. I hope to accomplish this by simplifying the funding process, by improving advertising for the numerous services A.S. provides to the student body, and by providing guidance for student organizations facing any obstacles to their success. I will also work to bring accountability to the use of student fees, both in A.S. and in the campus at large. The most important goal I have for this year is to begin decreasing A.S.'s dependence on student fees by increasing the revenue generated by our enterprises and by seeking sponsorships from the business community.
