Helpful Hints
- List of Resources - Check the list and board to see what materials are available for purchase.
- Our current list is posted outside. It lists the materials that we have on the shelf (but not whether or not the are in stock ... just that we have had them).
- The white dry erase board lists what is arriving each day, whether or not it is a new or re-order and the materials that are out of stock
- Know your class information (i.e. asking for Biology 100 vs Genetics and professor's name
- Example 1: We currently have readers for all three CAT 1 lectures. The readers vary by the processor that submitted them so if you don't know who your professor is, you could end up with the wrong reader.
- Example 2: There are two different Biology/BICD 100 courses. The materials you need depend upon which professor you have.
- While it is tempting to rush over right after the class ('cause your professor told you we had a reader) ... you may want to wait. Our lines are always longest right after class gets out. And, therefore, the lines are shortest during class time. But, please be warned. Our lines are always long during the first week of school.
