Adam Alnihmy

Associate Vice-President of Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion

Hello! My name is Adam Alnihmy (he/him) and I am thrilled to be serving as the 2020-2021 AVP of Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion. As an underrepresented minority at UC San Diego, I am overwhelmingly aware of the urgent need for intersectional, mindful inclusivity on-campus. My central goal during my term is to use our collective power as students in order to demand equity and atonement that is tangible and substantial. I hope that throughout my work, I can serve as a resource in amplifying the voices of LGBT+, POC students and uplifting my peers. While I do not have regularly scheduled office hours, feel free to email me at to schedule a meeting!
