Governing Documents

Policies, procedures, and rules of the Associated Students at UC San Diego. These governing documents provide for the structure and execution of the actitivies of all AS offices, services, and commissions. The AS Constitution serves as the highest governing document for the organization and supersedes any other bylaw.

*Regulations created by the Judicial Board itself are subject to the Constitution and Bylaws enacted by the Senate. If the regulations conflict with the Judicial Board Bylaw, the Bylaw take precedent.
